RECOMMENDED HANDLING OF ZUMOFORM by ZAMBOPLY™
In order to maximize usage of this product, refer to the short guide list below on the proper handling of ZUMOFORM by ZAMBOPLY™ Phenolic Boards:
Seal ZUMOFORM by ZAMBOPLY™ Phenolic Boards with edge sealant or paint (preferably marine) before use. This is to prevent water from seeping into the panel.In the event that any surface or edge is exposed (such as when the board is cut into sections or damaged from wear and tear), always apply sealant to the affected area.
Wipe the surface of ZUMOFORM by ZAMBOPLY™ Phenolic Boards with oil prior to concrete pouring. The layer of oil will ease dismantling of the concrete slab from the board and will prolong the product’s functional life.
Make sure no residual concrete or dirt is left on the surface of the panel for succeeding uses. Have a piece of cloth ready to wipe the surface clean after each usage.
